IDEA compliance for school districts
See every missed service minute before it becomes a compliance finding.
Zyivan tracks IEP deadlines, service delivery, and make-up minutes district-wide, so leaders spot risk early instead of in a due-process hearing.
- Role-based access for every staff role
- Service logs locked once saved
- Built for IDEA compliance

Everyone on the team has a job in Zyivan
Each person signs in and sees only their own students and their own tasks. Administrators see all of it.
| Case managers | Keep the whole caseload in one place: IEP and triennial dates, goals, services, accommodations, and every parent contact. See which providers are behind on minutes before it becomes a compliance finding. |
|---|---|
| Providers | Log speech, OT, counseling and other sessions in a few clicks. Missed sessions become make-ups automatically. Interns' sessions wait for a supervisor's co-sign. |
| Gen ed teachers | See the accommodations for every student with an IEP in their class, and confirm they've read them. When the IEP changes, they're asked to re-confirm. |
| Instructional assistants | Record the support they give and the behavior they see, so their daily observations reach the IEP team instead of staying in their heads. |
| Administrators | Oversee every student and every staff member. Know who is logging, who isn't, and which students are missing services, without asking for a report. |
Every Monday, each person gets their own to-do list
Not a dashboard they have to remember to check. An email that tells them what's behind, what's due this week, and what's coming next.
- Sessions not yet logged against the IEP frequency
- Quarterly goal progress notes coming due
- Annual reviews and triennials in the next 30 days
- Accommodations to confirm after an IEP changes

Works alongside SEIS, not instead of it
Keep writing the IEP where you write it today. Zyivan holds the record of the year, so the next IEP starts from real data.
Write the IEP in SEIS
Import the IEP At A Glance into Zyivan. Goals, services and accommodations come across.
The team works in Zyivan
Sessions, progress, behavior notes and parent contacts, logged by the people who did the work.
Bring the report
Print a student report with input from every team member: real progress and minutes delivered.

Meet the founder
Built by a special educator, for the districts she served
Dr. Zoee Bartholomew has spent 30 years in special education: as a Resource Specialist and teacher in Vallejo City Unified, a Behavior Intervention Specialist with Benicia Unified and the Solano County Office of Education, and today as Director of Special Education Programs at Dominican University of California, where she prepares new education specialists. She has served as a subject matter expert on California's statewide IEP template taskforce, as an accreditation reviewer for the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and as an expert witness since 2012. She built Zyivan because tools like SEIS write the IEP, but nothing helped the team carry it out together during the year in between.

Book a demo with Dr. BartholomewFor 30 years I've watched special education programs struggle with the same thing. Not writing the IEP, but carrying it out together.
The case manager holds the plan. The speech therapist logs minutes in one place, the general education teacher has the accommodations somewhere in an email, and the instructional assistant sees the student every day but is rarely asked what they saw. When the annual review comes, the case manager is chasing everyone for data.
Tools like SEIS build the IEP document. They don't help a team manage the year in between. I built Zyivan for that year, so that every adult on the team knows what they owe the student and has a place to record it.
Services actually delivered
When minutes are logged as they happen, a missed session is caught that week, not discovered at the annual review.
A record that holds up
Dated sessions, progress notes and parent contacts, from every team member. That record matters most when a family disagrees.
Priced per program, not per student
A flat price per program, so a growing caseload doesn't grow the bill. No IT project: we set it up and train your staff.
See it with your own caseload.
